A) CANCELLATION POLICY- TG/TF CANCELS POST CONFIRMATION
If a confirmed booking is cancelled 5 days in advance from the scheduled start time of the tour, no penalty to TG/TF.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled 2 days in advance from the scheduled start time of the tour, cancellation charges shall be 10% of the TG/TF fee subject to the minimum flat rate.
In case of prior information to Tourist Or No reporting, the cancellation charges shall be 25% of the TG/TF fee subject to the minimum flat rate.
B) CANCELLATION POLICY- TOURSIT CANCELS POST CONFIRMATION
No cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled at least 5 days before the date of assignment..
10% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled between 2 – 5 days before the date of assignment..
50% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 2 days before the date of assignment.
90% of the cancellation fee received towards cancellation of the assignment will be credited to the IITG/IITF, remaining 10% will be credited to the dedicated account of IITTM.
C) REFUND POLICY
This shall be as per bank terms and conditions. The back-end team shall request a refund through the payment gateway Dashboard.
Note: The Refund shall be processed within 48 Hours and shall be credited to the mode of payment from which the tourist made the payment.
